A short film produced by Health Education England to support healthcare professionals in training and staff at all levels to report and respond to concerns about patient safety.

The film encompasses a number of scenarios where patient safety may be at risk. It explains why and how concerns should be raised.

This is the first piece of work in a wider programme that aims to raise awareness in the importance of raising concerns, and build confidence in doing so.
