This paper is for commissioners, provider organisations and people with lived experience who want to see personalised care policies become practice for more people with mental health conditions. The paper describes how Bridge Support, Rethink and Self Help, three voluntary organisations, are weaving together recovery, coproduction and peer support to deliver personalised care and support that makes a positive difference to people’s lives. It also makes recommendations for change, as change is needed to develop, support and sustain such good practice more widely.
