This report offers an update of what is happening in Plymouth, Hampshire and Derbyshire around Personal Health Budgets for children and young people. It follows work which National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) have undertaken to support these areas with identifying the problems and solutions to implementation. The Top Tips, which have been reproduced as a separate document, suggest the crucial ‘building blocks’ which are necessary to support developing PHBs. NDTi were commissioned by Think Local Act Personal to complete the work with funding from NHS England.
