The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Injury Center has created the STEADI Tool Kit to help health care providers who treat older patients in their practice at risk of falling or who may have fallen in the past.

Although developed for US clinicians the STEADI Tool Kit is useful for all health care providers and offers the information and tools they need to assess and address their older patients’ fall risk.
